Stories that stay with people - Stories that matter
Docuberg creates documentary films and visual stories that turn complex social, environment and developmental issues, research, and policy into narratives people can feel, understand, and act on.
How we work
Docuberg is a solution-oriented production company. We believe storytelling can influence policy, shift perspectives, and create meaningful change.
We work with experts and communities. Every project begins with listening — to subject specialists, local partners, and the people whose lives shape the story. Collaborating with filmmakers, researchers, and community members ensures each film is grounded, accurate, and authentic.
We are rooted locally, connected regionally. Our core teams operate from Nepal and India, supported by a wide network of filmmakers, field producers, experts, and fixers across South Asia. This decentralized model allows us to work across diverse locations while staying culturally aware and locally informed.
Ethical storytelling guides everything we do. Informed consent. Transparency of purpose. Respectful representation. Responsibility in both process and portrayal.
